ISPM 15 requires that the international ocean freight shipments designed from any species of wood packaging should be fumigated as well as heat treated to destroy insects or fungus. It must be stamped with the standard stamp, before entering or crossing the participating country. Employ ONLY ISPM 15 stamped and certified wooden pallet as well as crates for the international ocean freight shipments. In addition, use only high quality packing materials like PCI Fumigated Pallets that are not designed from low quality wood making the international ocean freight shipments exemption from ISPM 15 regulations.
